The Kidnapping of Isabella | Southern Poverty Law Center

Langrock attorneys Emily Joselson, Fritz Langrock, and Avi Springer have been working with Middlebury attorney Sarah Star in pursuing a case on behalf of Janet Jenkins, relating to the kidnapping of her daughter, Isabella Jenkins-Miller. Recently, the Southern Poverty Law Center joined forces with us in the lawsuit. The SPLC, based in Alabama, is a non-profit organization "dedicated to fighting hate and bigotry and to seeking justice for the most vulnerable members of our society. Using litigation, education, and other forms of advocacy, the SPLC works toward the day when the ideals of equal justice and equal opportunity will be a reality."
