On Hundredth Anniversary of Workers’ Compensation Statute, Langrock Case Cited as Most Important

The most recent edition of the Vermont Bar Journal marked the 100th anniversary of Vermont’s workers’ compensation statute, and included a list of the “top ten” most important court decisions in the field. A case that was litigated by Langrock attorneys Emily Joselson and Kevin Brown, Shaw v.
