- A person who is totally or partially disabled from work due to a
work injury may be temporarily entitled to weekly benefits to help make up for lost income.

- A person out of work due to a work injury may be entitled to return to

- It is generally unlawful for an employer to retaliate or
discriminate against someone for filing a workers’ compensation claim.
- Claims Against Third Parties
- If an injury was the result of negligence on the part of
someone other than the employer, there may be a legal claim against that third party.
