Our lawyers regularly represent clients in all types of family law cases. In all our cases, we have two important goals — to provide our clients with excellent legal advice, and with the care and attention they need to help them through what is frequently a stressful time in their lives.

We handle virtually every type of family law matter, including:

Divorce, Civil Union Dissolution, and Separation
We handle straightforward divorces and dissolutions, as well as extremely complex cases. We help clients deal with custody and visitation disputes, child support issues, and spousal maintenance (alimony) issues. We also frequently address complicated issues regarding business valuations, pension and retirement plans, stock options, investment portfolios, and taxation. We provide thorough advice about the fairness of proposed settlement agreements, as well as the chances of success in court. In all these areas, our goals are to help our clients obtain a degree of financial security, provide for the emotional and financial needs of their children, and retain their dignity and self-respect throughout this difficult process.
