Erin has a broad litigation practice, including commercial and construction matters for business clients, as well as family law, contract and personal injury matters for individuals. She frequently handles appeals to the Vermont Supreme Court.
Erin joined Langrock Sperry & Wool in June of 2005. Previously, she was an associate in a large New York City law firm where she practiced commercial litigation with particular focus on antitrust and securities law matters. Erin has been named a Rising Star by New England Super Lawyers in the field of Business Litigation and is a co-author of the Vermont Chapter of Fifty State Construction Lien and Bond Law 2d. (Aspen Publishing 2000).
Erin grew up in Vermont and is happy to have returned home to live and practice law. She lives in South Burlington with her husband, also an attorney, and their two children. Erin currently serves as the regional chair of the Princeton University Alumni Schools Committee of Vermont and a board member of the Vermont Association for Justice. Erin is an avid runner and reader, and enjoys cooking, hiking and skiing in her free time.
