Eric’s primary focus is commercial transactions and commercial real estate. Eric represents clients in matters involving business acquisitions and sales, business start-ups and formations, commercial financing, secured transactions, and the purchase, sale, financing, leasing, and development of commercial real estate. Eric’s clients include small business owners as well as large Vermont and out-of-state businesses. In representing his clients, Eric combines attention to detail with a common sense approach to problem-solving and deal-making.
Eric joined Langrock Sperry & Wool in 1994. He has been repeatedly recognized as a leading lawyer in Vermont in real estate and commercial transactions practice by Chambers USA America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, New England Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America®.
Eric is a Burlington area native and resides in South Burlington with his wife and three children. He enjoys coaching his children in their various athletic endeavors. You can often find Eric playing pick-up basketball at the YMCA or out running the roads for his marathon training.
