Ben represents corporate and individual clients in business litigation, and represents individuals in civil litigation and family matters. He joined the firm in 2009 after practicing for five years at the Boston law firm Foley Hoag LLP, where he focused on commercial litigation and accountants’ professional liability.
During law school Ben served as Law Clerk for Vermont’s senior United States Senator Patrick J. Leahy, Chairman Senate Judiciary Committee. He was also an active volunteer on Rahm Emanuel’s first congressional campaign in Illinois’ Fifth District. Ben is a fellow of the Salzburg Seminar.
Ben grew up in Middlebury, and now lives there with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys golf, softball, skiing, traveling and cooking.
