Associate Hiring

Although Langrock Sperry & Wool does not hire associates according to any set schedule, we are always interested in hearing from outstanding law school students and attorneys whose skills and expertise fit our needs, whose personalities blend well with ours, and who share our philosophy on the practice of law. Interested third year law students and judicial law clerks, as well as attorneys who have been practicing elsewhere, should send a cover letter, along with a résumé, law school and college transcripts, and a writing sample, to Devin McLaughlin in our Middlebury office or email Devin McLaughlin.

Summer Associate Program

Langrock Sperry & Wool hires first and second year law students for the summer months, in both our Burlington and Middlebury offices. Summer associates attend court hearings, participate in client meetings, draft memoranda and briefs, and conduct legal research on a broad range of topics.
