Middlebury Office Ben joined Langrock Sperry & Wool in 2009 after practicing for five years at the Boston law firm Foley Hoag LLP, where he focused on commercial litigation and accountant’s professional liability. Ben grew up in the Middlebury area and is glad to have returned home to Vermont. Ben’s practice at Langrock Sperry & Wool focuses on litigation, including representation of corporate and individual clients in business litigation, as well as representation of individuals in civil litigation and family matters. During law school Ben served as Law Clerk for Senator Patrick J. Leahy, Chairman Senate Judiciary Committee. He was also an active volunteer on Rahm Emanuel’s first congressional campaign in Illinois’ Fifth District. Ben is a fellow of the Salzburg Seminar. Ben lives in Middlebury with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys golf, softball, skiing, traveling and cooking. |
