LS&W Expands Burlington Office

Langrock Sperry & Wool, LLP announced today an expansion of its Burlington office. The new 1,000 square foot space will be built out to include offices for three lawyers and additional staff, as well as amenities to support the firm’s growing mediation practice. Langrock’s attorney mediators assist parties in reaching negotiated resolutions to personal, business and family law disputes. Alternative dispute resolution is one of a number of diverse practice areas at the firm.

LS&W partner David Conard noted: “We expected to need this adjacent space in our building at 210 College Street eventually, but due to the firm’s growth and our expanded mediation practice we are having to expand sooner than anticipated.” The new space was designed by Scott + Partners Architects, of Essex Junction. Farrington Construction of Shelburne, known for its expertise in coordinating projects to avoid disturbing office operations, is the contractor. Construction began June 8th and will be completed by the end of August.
